    a. Customers may request order cancellations by emailing us at info@laboca.dk within 12 hours of placing the order.
    b. Laboca reserves the right to deny cancellation requests outside of this specified time frame.

    b. Payment details are securely handled, but Laboca is not responsible for any issues that may arise from payment processing.
